Sign in with your username and the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Create an account. Pick a username (3-32 chars: letters, digits, . _ -).
Scan this in Google Authenticator / Authy (or add the key manually), then enter the current 6-digit code to finish.
Each works once if you lose your authenticator. Store them somewhere safe now.
